BSpa now features two types of communal sauna; an infra-red & Finnish sauna both of which offer de-tox benefits & boost your metabolism. Adjacent to our new, larger communal steam room is our experience shower and ice fountain.
Gently rubbing ice flakes over your body from our ice fountain is the ideal way to cool down & relax before moving on in your BSpa journey. Different water effects such as tropical rain, mist, monsoon and cold waterfall from our experience shower combine with lighting options to deliver a multi-sensory encounter and maximise the health benefits.
The Himalayan Salt Room has a unique microclimate, which promotes respiratory wellness. Take a seat on one of the lounge or hanging chairs and inhale the pristine, salt-infused air, which can alleviate allergies, clear sinuses, and improve lung function.

In BSpa, the sun always shines in our sunlight therapy room, which uses full spectrum lighting and infrared heat to replicate natural sunlight with reduced level UVA & UVB rays for a safe and enjoyable experience all year round. Imagine being on the beach bathed in sunlight, the temperature a steady 28 degrees with a cloudless sky. Stretch out on your own or with a group of friends and enjoy a few drinks as well as bite to eat from our 1907 beach bar menu.
You can choose to add a visit to the [comfort zone] Tranquillity Meditation Room* to your journey, which features gentle warming waterbeds to restore and relax the body to a resting temperature in a quiet, cocooning environment. [comfort zone]’s Tranquillity aromatic formula promotes a deep sense of wellbeing.
