Church House, Westminster is a unique, Grade II listed, multi-purpose event venue in the heart of London. A stone’s throw from some of the capital’s most iconic landmarks, and with stunning views of Westminster Abbey, it is one of London’s most enchanting and dynamic venues. The award-winning venue is home to 19 eclectic and flexible events spaces, and is able to accommodate up to 664 guests. Centrally located, and with unbeatable transport links, it is a convenient and accessible event destination.

Church House hosts more than 800 events each year, from multi-day conferences, award ceremonies and product launches to Christmas parties, drinks receptions and filming. A chameleon of events spaces, the venue is as comfortable hosting an international boxing match, including building its own boxing ring, as it is a faultless catwalk for London Fashion Week. Originality, connection and expertise are at the heart of its versatile and imaginative offering.

No stranger to a VIP event, Church House has welcomed Royalty, world leaders and global dignitaries through its doors. This includes receptions for both her late Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II’s, funeral and the coronation of King Charles III. The venue is a leader in managing high-profile functions, with its wealth of experience ensuring it delivers a coordinated, flawless and polished event.

Spaces that excel

Church House’s 19 flexible events spaces are designed to cater for as diverse a range of event requirements as possible, and can be set up in any format. From its exquisite Grade II listed Assembly Hall, to its Convocation Hall with its arch detailing and seated gallery. From its Bishop Partridge Hall with its captivating private terrace, to its Hoare Memorial Hall where the first meetings of the United Nations Preparatory Commission and Security Council were held in 1945. Its spaces have the versatility, capability and imagination to meet even the most creative of briefs with ease.

A spectacular architectural focal point in its Assembly Hall, Church House’s breath-taking 30-foot glass dome is unique amongst London event venues. Already striking given its oak panelling and arched windows which flood the space with natural light, the Assembly Hall also boasts a magnificent private gallery providing panoramic views of the room below. The charming period features found throughout the building make each room one-of-a-kind and each event extraordinary.

This is enhanced by historic Westminster Abbey which forms an incredible backdrop to Church House from its picturesque outside area, Dean’s Yard.
