Park Plaza County Hall London has unveiled a six-figure transformation to its meeting and events facilities, showcasing new technology and services to offer flexible, convenient, and comfortable experiences for delegates and event bookers.
The refurbishment saw the hotel work closely with meeting and events bookers, agents, and corporate clients to develop a fully integrated solution to the real-time challenges they face when booking spaces in 2024, and has been designed with agility to support the ever-changing needs and requirements of organisers in the future.
The new-look space comprises seven flexible meeting rooms, with a total capacity of up to 100 delegates, that each come with smart technology for a seamless experience across hybrid and in-person set ups.
A new ‘Click Share’ system has been introduced to offer complete convenience. Compatible with all types of hardware, it provides an easy-to-use solution for delegates when running their meetings, giving them full access to the hotel’s A/V equipment including projectors, built-in cameras, and sound system.
In the Terrace Suite, the hotel’s flagship meeting and events space, a smart screen and smart board have been installed that allows delegates to make it fully interactive through writing and drawing on the screen – complemented by its collaborative breakout areas and private outdoor space that offers views of the London Eye.
Furthermore, as the hotel hosts an increasing number of training events, the spaces have been updated to create a comfortable and accessible option for upskilling teams.
