The restaurant’s menu blends Bavarian and American flavours in a nod to the building’s past incarnation as the Bavarian American Hotel. Diners can enjoy American classics like prime U.S. tenderloin or indulge in organically fed beef from local butcher Freyberger. Our first-class cuts include the 35-day-aged rib-eye and the 40-day-aged porterhouse T-bone, each carefully hand-selected for maximum tenderness and depth of flavour.
All of our ingredients are locally sourced, fresh and seasonal, even the beers we use for cooking. Simple, confidently executed plates are complemented by choice regional beers and international wines.
